Glass houses and offices are so dangerous for your health!

Even if the home and office of the air-conditioned air-conditioning are good, they are proving to be dangerous for your bones. Such houses and offices, which are considered to be the symbol of modern lifestyle, not only deprive people of fresh air but also from sunlight, due to which there is a shortage of vitamin D in the body and the bones are weak. Dr. Raju Vaishya, Senior Bone Surgeon, Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, studied at one thousand patients of Joint Pain and Arthritis (Arthritis) in different cities of the country, that 95% of such patients were given Vitamin- D is lacking and one main reason for this is not enough sunlight, which is the main source of vitamin D.

Dr. Raju Vaishya, President of Arthritis Care Foundation said that in fact, the main source of vitamin-D is sunlight, which is very useful in digestion, besides bones. Due to busy routines and modern resources, people are unable to take brighter sunlight. Walking around in the open ground and playing was also closed. Due to this, vitamin D found in sunlight could not reach them.

Whenever someone has pain in the knee or joint, he feels that calcium is depleted, whereas no one's attention towards Vitamin-D is noticed.

Dr. Vaish says that if calcium and Vitamin-D are also tested on time, then arthritis can be prevented from growing.

According to Dr. Raju Vaish, due to the lack of eating habits and lack of calcium in childhood, there is a lot of possibilities of osteoporosis besides arthritis. Due to calcium deficiency in osteoporosis, bone density and bone marrow are greatly reduced. Also, the bone structure also gets spoiled, causing the bones to become extremely sensitive and very sensitive. Because of this, they are broken even if they are under slight pressure on the bones or even light injuries.

Dr. Raju Vaishya points out that the most worrying thing is that the present generation is taking a low calcium diet and insufficient amounts of vitamin D, thereby reducing bone density and weakening bones.

A paper presented in the American Society for Bone and Medical Research states that daily doses of hip bones of women who drink three colas each day compared to only one drink like cola drinking women, from 2. 3 to 5.1 percent Less found.

Dr. Raju Vaishhas suggests that this disease, which can occur at an early age, can be saved only in childhood. If children are given 1200 to 1300 milligrams of calcium per day especially in adolescence, they can avoid this disease. But according to statistics, children usually consume 700 to 1000 milligrams of calcium.
